What about a shower?
After todays clinics I was sweating like nothing before, and tired. And when I got home I went straight to the shower with my uniform on!! I was going to wash the clothes anyway so why not just start right away if you're way to lasy to take them off....;)
Today I got to give another insulin injectio, and yea It went much better. But there are still some shivering while giving it...
