And believe me, this choice is much easier to make☺
1) Wings cup soft
- It is green in colour and has a more soft medical grade silicone. This makes it more easier to insert and ideally used by teenagers.
2) Wings cup regular
- This cup is blue and has a more medium firmness to its silicone and is most popular among the three.

3) Wings cup tough
- This yellow coloured cup has little more firmness in its silicone compared to the blue cup. This one is recommended for heavy bleeders or for women who are more physically active.
